Blog: "Have a great day at work" Sign

I had heaps of fun this morning! I had butterflies in my stomach but I started feeling really positive once I was up on the round-about holding the sign. It was interesting to see people's reactions - some just wouldn't look at me and others honked and waved. Now I know what it's like to collect money on the street and people walk right past and pretend not to see.

One thing that also really hit home this morning is how much easier it is to do something outside my comfort zone when I have people supporting me. I have received heaps of texts, emails and having the radio guys there this morning cheering me on made the whole thing so much easier. I'm thinking the plan is to surround myself with positive people for the month, and in life, who support me and encourage me.

Have you done something outside your comfort zone today?

The video will be up later today or maybe early tomorrow. Fraser, our video editor, has had a very busy couple of days so we might let him recover a bit!
